About Mandi Newton

Real estate has been in my blood since the 1970s when my father started his own career in residential real estate down in south Florida. Growing up, I literally watched as sleepy small towns north of Miami steadily spread farther north and west, becoming popular cities in their own right...Ft. Lauderdale, Davie, and Boca Raton to name a few. It's no surprise to me that the Atlanta area has grown in a similar fashion!

Having lived here for over 25 years now, I feel like a native! I am very familiar with intown communities & with the northern suburbs. My business experience includes having worked in sales and project management for three Atlanta-based companies: Delta Air Lines, Ivan Allen Company, and TPS, plus an international consulting firm, DBM. I love real estate because it allows me to combine my business knowledge, my personal & professional networks and my passion for building community! My main business goal is for each of my clients to feel 100% confident in the decision to buy or sell property. To that end, I have systems and team members in place that allow me to create personalized plans & customized resources for each client. I keep myself up to date on current trends & market conditions by simply working full time and collaborating closely with both the leaders and other top producing agents at Century 21 Results.

Outside of real estate, I am active in the Local School Council (LSC), in my children's activities: softball, basketball, tumbling and competitive cheerleading, and in our church, Brown's Bridge Community Church. Within my own neighborhood, I served for three years on our Board of Directors (chairman for tennis, swim team & ACC), and I'm currently serving on a joint neighborhood zoning committee to help protect and preserve home values and the quality of life in the south Forsyth area. Some of my favorite activities are gardening, traveling and getting a little crazy over SEC football!

Harnessing my resources, experience and service-orientation for the benefit of my clients is something I truly enjoy doing. I also love making the selling & buying processes as easy and as fun (yes, fun!) as possible too. Real estate transactions can and should be positive, memorable experiences.
